A:check Costume Designers Guild website, and if look at the CDG magazine that you can download for free, there are ads for costume rental houses and such.

Costumes you see in movies are not always bought, but actually designed and crafted from fabrics by costume designers. I would look into ebay for replicas if those rental houses don't have them for sale. I think studios also occasionally sell costumes on their website once filming is finished.
